Bridgewater Business Park
Bridgewater's Business Park has a total of 210 acres of serviced land. The zoning is IN-Industrial which affords a wide range of permitted uses which is illustrated by the diverse range of business and industrial enterprises operating within the park. The anchor tenant is MICHELIN NORTH AMERICA (CANADA) INC.. which is also Bridgewater’s largest employer.

The Park offers ease of access to Highway 103 and close proximity to all Town amenities and related services. Both sewer and water services extend through the park.

The Bridgewater Development Association (BDA) also has un-serviced land available on the East Side of Bridgewater.

Glen Allan
Bridgewater offers a wonderful variety of residential land for sale. One of the most popular areas being the Glen Allan subdivision.

Recent infrastructure investments by the Town of Bridgewater have improved traffic flow within Glen Allan to accommodate future growth.
